Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within the following timeframes:

United States & Europe: 7–16 business days

Rest of the world: Up to 20 business days
Some products may be shipped from local warehouses, which can shorten delivery time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and most European countries.
Shipping is also available to selected destinations in Canada, Australia, and other regions.
Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations or logistical restrictions. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping fees, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and current promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also track your order here.
Please note that it can take a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Duties, Taxes & Import Tariffs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs required by their country.
🇺🇸 U.S. customers: Please note that as of May 2025, the "de minimis" exemption for goods shipped from China has been removed. Additional import tariffs may now apply to orders regardless of order value. We work with suppliers that use local warehouses where possible to help minimize such costs, but we cannot guarantee that customs fees will be avoided.
🇪🇺 EU customers: Orders shipped from outside the EU are subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival. As of July 1, 2026, the previous €150 customs duty exemption has been removed — all imported goods entering the EU are now subject to customs duties regardless of order value, in addition to VAT. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations if you have any concerns.
We work with suppliers that aim to ship from local warehouses when possible to reduce delays and additional costs. However, we cannot guarantee this for all orders.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, logistics issues, or extreme weather. While rare, such delays are outside our control.
