Duties, Taxes & Import Tariffs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs required by their country.
💡 Important for U.S. customers:
Until May 2, 2025, orders under $800 USD typically enter the U.S. without import tariffs (“de minimis” rule).
However, after this date, additional tariffs may apply to many products — especially those shipped from China — even if the total value is under $800.
We work with suppliers that aim to minimize such costs by using local warehouses when possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all customs fees will be avoided.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, logistics issues, or extreme weather. While rare, such delays are outside our control.
