🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

📩 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@3kdyn.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Do not return your item without contacting us first – unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We will provide a return address and instructions if the return is approved.

• For some items, returns may need to be sent back to our international warehouses (e.g. in China).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used, damaged, or washed items

• Items without original packaging

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, or hygiene products

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
